Employee Survey in search for new NSCC President

Good afternoon, everyone:
I am reaching out to share that Royer Thompson, the executive search firm working with the Presidential Search Committee, has finalized a constituent consultation plan. This plan has been intentionally built to gather diverse insights and perspectives that will inform the ideal President candidate profile, foundational to the presidential recruitment process.
Royer Thompson is inviting employees to share their perspectives through a confidential online survey. The input gathered will help identify the leadership qualities, experience, and attributes that will be most important for NSCC’s next President and will support a recruitment process that reflects the College’s values, priorities, and future direction.
Requests for input will be shared separately with other members of the NSCC community, including students and partners. Students will provide a perspective on leadership qualities that help support student success, belonging and well-being. And community partner insights will provide a broader perspective.
Take the survey, Feb.12 - 26
The 5-minute survey will open on February 12 and will close at midnight on February 26. While participation in the survey is voluntary, we value your perspective and encourage you to participate. All responses will be collected anonymously, and only Royer Thompson will have access to the survey data.

Following the consultations, Royer Thompson will work with the Board of Governor’s Search Committee to finalize the ideal candidate profile for Board approval and begin the recruitment process. Updates will continue to be provided as this work progresses.
