Negotiations (2024)

At AAU, we advocate for you—our members. Following extensive negotiations that engaged AAU staff, members and NSCC students across the board, AAU reached new collective agreements for NSCC employees on March 22, 2024. These agreements yielded over 70 improvements in areas of workload, discrimination and harassment in the workplace, professional development, and more.
